Quarantine yet communicate via Microsoft Teams - InnoventSys free Webinar

It's a very unfortunate situation all over the world due to COVID-19 pandemic. While we, Sri Lanka Yet another developing country is struggling to control the situation and almost succeeded to do so, so called developed countries such as US, Australia, Italy and other European countries struggling to find the mechanisms or systems to control the situation yet recording highest death tolls.

This crisis has short term impact as well as long term impact, the short term impact is being controlled and will be back to normal soon. But Sri Lanka is in a very dangerous stage as the country's economy has been badly impacted and everyone will experience the results in coming months and years.

When the situation was alerting, all the companies (except essential services) had to stop their operations and close offices but asked employees to work from home (WfH). Though, there are certain operations can be managed from home or anywhere with provided necessary infrastructure but not all operations.

While WfH is sort of a new challenge or experience for non-IT workers, it's just another day, week or month for IT professionals as they used to it. Most of the organizations were not ready for this kind of scenario and it was a real challenge to transform the operation and employees within a very short time.

We, InnoventSys realized the common challenge experienced by the organizations and professionals to perform their day-to-day tasks. As a result, we conducted a free webinar 'Quarantine yet communicate via Microsoft Teams' basically how to collaborate and to overcome challenges using Microsoft Teams as a platform. It was our very first free webinar which we did as a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) project with over 80 participants.
